All major credit cards are accepted, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
We recommend reservations to be made at least 4 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability. For early morning flight or service, it is highly suggested that reservation to be made the day before of the service.
No, credit card information is only collected to confirm the reservation and charged once the service takes place.
It is only applicable to one way trip (example airport pickup/drop off). Hourly service are exempted.
Airport Pickups have complimentary 60 mins wait time after the flight lands. All other service have 15 mins grace period before any wait time is applied.
Yes, our Chauffeurs will load/unload the luggage and will be more than happy to help, if any further assistance is required.
Sedan and SUV cancellation must be made 3 hours prior to scheduled service time. Hourly service or out of town service needs 12 hours cancellation time. If service cancellation is not done within the above time frame, client is responsible for paying full price. Cancellation confirmation should be shown as proof of cancellation from Zaar Livery.
Yes, all chauffeurs at Zaar Livery are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
